Customer Feedback We value all feedback about our fundraising and telemarketing efforts, whether it’s a compliment, a query, or a complaint. Your input helps us improve. Refund Policy We are happy to refund your purchase for almost any reason including a change of mind. We are reluctant to refund your kind for support of our charity clients after the winner is drawn.

Responsible Gambling Insight staff are trained to detect and if necessary decline inappropriate sales either to vulnerable people or sales to overcommitted or habitual gamblers. Please consider the policy and its useful information and contact us with any questions.

Australian Consumer Law The Australian Consumer Law is the consumer law or code which forms part of the   Consumer and Competition Act 2010. For your convenience we have summarised how we observe that law to ensure you can enjoy your purchase.  Our staff are briefed on the ACL and how their work complies with it.

Privacy Policy Please see our privacy policies for information about how we manage the personal information we receive from you and your rights concerning that information.   Insight receives personal information for different reasons. Please see our Insight Privacy policy. For our raffle sales there are joint privacy policies with our clients you can see on each raffle website. Our clients also have their own privacy policies for their general activities. Please see the specific raffle, the privacy policy for that raffle and other links to the client privacy policies.

Data Security Please see our policy and our FAQ for information about how we protect your data. That document contains a link to our Data Breach Policy.

Insight Anti Money Laundering and Identification Policy Raffle fundraising activities that may involve suspicious transactions are within the operation of the AML laws. We monitor for suspicious transactions or patterns and check contact information. We also apply identification processes in the course of on-boarding new clients.

Modern Slavery Prevention Although Insight is not subject to mandatory reporting under modern slavery laws, we are committed to upholding ethical practices. Wherever relevant Insight asks its suppliers to ensure that their supply chains do not involve oppressive working conditions.

Grievance Handling policy This policy is mainly for the benefit of staff but can apply to contractors so we are pleased to make it available.
