Our company specialises in delivering sustainable fundraising solutions to not-for-profits in Australia. Our sales organisation raises funds by selling raffle entries over the phone for a variety of well-known charities such as the RSPCA. Come join our tele fundraising team! Different work hours are available to suit your family commitments. You can work any time from 12pm to 8pm on Tuesday to Friday and from 9am to 5pm on Monday. If you want to work we will work with you to find a time that works for you.
The Good stuff (because you deserve it)
- Flexible Casual hours with part-time and full-time hours on offer.
- Trainee rate of $25.28 per hr plus bonuses and four levels of commission.
- Award rate of $24.14 per hr plus bonuses and commissions.
- The first bonus rate for hitting target is an extra $5 per hour and then increments of $5 per hour for above that. Our average agents earn L1.
- Level 1 $30.28 per hr
- Level 2 $32.78 per hr
- Level 3 $35.28 per hr
- Level 4 $45.28 per hr
- We have sales trainers and offer internships to those that love selling more.
- We are surrounded by trendy cafes with decent coffee.
- Insight is located a 7min walk from Central train station, were not kidding, you can check on Google maps
Our requirements:
Being human. Yep, that’s it. Selling is a very human thing.Yes you also need to be able to communicate, arrive on time and be able to negotiate an outcome. Basically all the stuff you do well already if you are a parent.
