Awards & Wages
The Contract Call Centre Award 2010 is a federal modern award applying to our work and includes provisions for overtime and penalty rates. Under the Award, $23.64 per hour is the current casual trainee rate of pay, effective for the 2016-2017 financial year. When training is completed the ordinary rate is $24.45.
We offer flexible hours but prefer that staff work at least 30 hours per week. All telemarketing agents have access to commission and bonuses.
Insight also offers permanent part-time positions to our telemarketers who qualify. Our permanent part-time people receive the Award ordinary rate of $19.56 per hour after completing training.
